  1. Before..  Protein helps fat turn into muscle,, the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn..

    Obviously, dont drink a protein drink 10 minutes before you work out though..  I drink a protein drink about 30-45 mins before I work out..

    drink a protein shake 45 minutes before a workout, drink a gatorade during your workout, and a protein shake as soon as you can after your workout.

    this is only one of many secrets i discovered.  ive been doing this for 2 months now and have put on 12 lbs of muscle
