What is better Wales not getting out the group, or England successfully defending the World Cup?

I'm willing to bet £10,000 that England WON'T successfully defend the trophy...they were lucky last time not to meet the All Blacks...They won't get past the QF this time and DEFINITELY NOT get to the final...I'll be cheering for the Aussies!!!

As for Wales being knocked out, it was only one game premature, they would NEVER have beaten SA with that team.It was a much needed reality check and is probably a good thing.

We don't need this juvenile chauvinism.  Wales have a fine side, and I'm sorry to see them go, but I am pleased, too that England are progressing, despite havng one of the worse XVs I can remember.  Be nice if someone else could score apart from Johnnie.

England will not defend the World Cup so a strange question really!

Wales not getting out the group will at least keep the baying hounds a little more quiet than if England and Wales had got knocked out at the same point in the competition.

definitely wales not getting out of the group, a big reality check to those welsh people (i'm welsh by the way) who think wales are world beaters and can run the top teams close just because they drew with australia at home a few years ago...
