What is better a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke dirt bike for a beginer 13 year old.?

I am 13. 5 feet 6 inches. Also what brand. Planning to get one used.

it all depends on your riding style mate. if the bike is constantly peaking your better off going with the 2 banga. if your on a 4 stroke and your constantly in the peak rpm range, be prepared to adjust your valves often
(usually every couple of months, depending on how much you ride). generally the 2 banga means less f*****g around. the most often thing to s**t itself on the 2 banga is the spark plug (providing you have a half decent bike that runs properly). and you dont have to worry about powerband kicking in all of a sudden because all ya 2 strokes now days have power valves to broaden the power band and give you more bottom end power, resulting in smoother power delivery. if you are always just putting around in the low revs, 4 strokes probly the go it just might mean more tinkering with the motor, depending on what sort of bike you get. btw in this i am talking about race bikes, your trail bikes on the other hand are a bit different when it comes to maintenance and reliability.
