What is better a btec national Diploma in Business or Public service??

Question

I'm confused I don't really know what too do. I want too join the Police so I thought that that doing the public service course would be better & more fun than the business & the other half of me is saying "it's best not too put all of your eggs into one basket by joining the police" so I could study the national diploma in business, both courses are A level standards but which would be better on the long run??
