What is better carnival or norigin 4 a cruise?

Carnival has a moderate party-like atmosphere, a bit too casual.  The food is free and plentiful but not overly tasty.  Better watch out on the alcohol tab, it can be a bit expensive for a few days.

Watching an obese couple play with each other passionately in the pool with plenty of others watching really turns the athmosphere down a bit.  The courtesy was neutral on the ship we were on.  Thought we could have gotten better groups of people, but you get what you pay for

I never tried norwegian, but I looking forward to trying out an upscale cruise liner with more formality and wonderful food along with meeting more interesting people

I prefer Norwegian. Better layout of the ship, crew friendlier,you just do not feel as packed in. No matter what cruise line you are on the people in any give area have an affect on how good of time you are going to have. I have been on many cruises and if 1 area gets to loud or too many people I just go to another part of the ship. There are lots of places to go & see on any ship. A cruise is what you make of it. Your money, your vacation go enjoy yourself.
