The F-22 without a doubt.  Not just because it is faster but all of the modern avionics that are specifically made for that jet alone.  Not to mention that it is stealth.

The f-22 by a wide margin, except in one way, in close air support. The f-18 can be used as a bomb truck and the f-22 cannot, even the multirole f-35 cannot.

That is why the Marine Corps is keeping the F-18's even though they are getting the f-35 also. The Marines dont need an aircraft to penetrate air defenses, they need one that can do close air support.

f 22 is better in every aspect.

Without a doubt, the F-22.  Please remember the F-22 is a new aircraft whereas the F-18 was initially designed in the '70s with the first production units flying in 1980.  The latest Super Hornet is a very good aircraft, but the F-22 is just so much better in so many ways.
