What is better for bodysurfing V-5 fins or V-5 Flex?

For bodysurfing which is the best fin, V-5 which is stiffer, or V-5 Flex which is the same model but has a more flexible blade? Is there another fin that is better than either of these two?

The V-5 model is designed to be an all purpose fin for both bodyboarding and bodysurfing.  It has a five inch blade with the vertical side rails slanted down to a narrow tip.  This slim profiled VIPER is very lightweight and has excellent acceleration, maneuverability, tracking, and burst speed.  It uses shorter, quicker kicks.  In addition they float and have neoprene interiors. The V-5 FLEX MODEL is the same design as the V-5, but has a more flexible blade which requires less effort to kick. Look for an orange splash on the blade. So go for the V-5 Flex.
