What is better for cooking sea salt or regular salt?

also, is sea salt healthier tha regular salt?

Sea salt is my preference for cooking but regular salt has iodine added which we need in our diet.  I use table salt in my salt shaker and sea salt to cook with.

I definitely prefer sea salt for its purity.  Sea salt often comes in larger grains and needs a grinder to become as fine as table salt.

Good question. Sea Salt is the best when cooking or anything else because it does not have Iodine in it which can make a bitter taste to foods.
