well seeing as i am a swimmer i figured i might be of some help. if it's a swim meet get jammers, if it's just to have fun and play in the pool get briefs. it depends on the situation, but it sounds like its going to be playing in the pool, so get briefs.

Here is the best place I have for Oz. The store at the Melbourne Aquatics Center in Albert Park. I have 3 suits from there, Speedo endurance briefs. Also Swimwear Galore, been to the store in Brunswick Street, Fitzroy.
