Coke has more sugar and acid. If you like sweet, drink pepsi, if you like cola flavor, drink coke.

Pepsi seems to have a lot less in terms of acidity. Nutrition wise, I'm not too sure. Try comparing the nutritional labels on a can of each. I prefer the taste of Pepsi personally.
