NEITHER! TRY A SPRAY ON FOUNDATION....ITS SORTA LIKE AIRBRUSH WHICH COVERS VERY WELL GIVES YOU DAT GLOW WITH OUT THE OILY CAKEY FEELING. MUST SPAY ON A SPONGE FIRST! NEVER DIRECTLY TO FACE AND JUST LIGHTLY DAB INTO THE SKIN DONT RUB OR SMEAR!  L'OREAL HAS ONE SALLY HENSEN IS GOOD AND IF U GOT DA BIG BUCKS TRY DIOR AND ESTEE LAUDER! =D

Clinique powder is good and does not have all the harsh ingredients other makeup lines have. It also gives you a natural look. They also have a powder that covers like a liquid foundation, its good.

liquid rules it may clogg your pores but it gives u a florless look and a simple bar of soap un cloggs your pours again
