What is better malawi or tanganyika cichlids?

both are found widely in pet shops. the easier of the 2 to raise in my opinion is the malawi. It depends on your area, but from everything I've seen, Malawi's are more common.  To say which is better is purely a judgement or opinion.  I don't keep much in the way of Tangs but I am heavy into Malawi's, but Mbuna and Haps.  Your tank, from your other question is a 23 gallon, and I think you are better suited, should you go the African route, to go with Malawi's.  You could go with Shell Dwellers which are Tangs, but most Tangs grow very large.  I think you have more options open going with Malawi, but please let me know.
