What is better now the K-1 or the K-3 visa at the us embassy

my future wife was coming over on a k-1 visa and I fiound out after going through all the paper work and being denied at the us embassy i(cause she was married0 We now have an anullment that took one year is it easier just to file a k-1 fiance visa or go ahead and get married and file the K-3 visa

They almost have the same timeline or processing period. The only difference if you file for K3 the part of getting married within 90days upon arrival here in the US will not be a burden anymore since you had taken care of it already.
