It's a matter of personal opinion... however, if you're referring to nutritionally, pizza is better for you (as long as it isn't loaded with meat)... Pizza is especially good for you if you order thin-crust (less bread), with a small amount of cheese and some vegetables on top. It's also much better to order from a quality pizza restaurant (my favorite is Pepe's Pizza) rather than somewhere such as Pizza Hut, where the pizza is not nearly as good for you.

Ice-cream is also good, in moderation. It is a great source of dairy, and you can get low-fat ice-cream. A serving size of ice-cream is one-half a cup. A healthier substitue for ice-cream is sorbet, or even sherbet (many are made with real fruits and quality ingredients).

Pizza is my favorite food, but ice-cream is delish as well! ^_^

Specialty Ice cream is better than regular Pizza, but a HUGE peperoni Pizza topped with Provolone Cheese beats regular Ice cream

my suggestion, get Marble Slab Ice cream and Dominoes Pizza ( with above toppings)!!

I would say ice cream, although the two are kind of hard to compare.

Ice cream is sweet, smooth, and comes in so many flavors. It's the perfect treat on a hot summer day!

My favorite flavor is cookies and cream, although chocolate is very good also.
