  1. i would have thought swimming would be, as you use loads of muscles and its more of a relaxing exercise

  3. Running mostly uses your leg muscles, but it burns loads of calories and fat. If that's what you're trying to accomplish, then running is right for you. Plus, you can run anywhere, anytime.

    Swimming is an excellent choice if you want to tone your body, but not burn off fat. In fact, you won't lose any fat in swimming because as soon as you go in the water, your brain sends a signal to your body that says it needs a layer of fat for warmth, becuase the water is below your body temperature. However, swimming is a great way to build all your muscles.

  4. well it depends on what your trying to accomplish! i do perfer running though!

  7. That depends on what you're doing it for. I'm assuming you mean for weight loss, to which the answer is running. It burns more calories.

    running strengthens your leg muscles, and also raises your confidence, and it also burns more calories in less time

    swimming strengthens more of your upper body mainly, but it takes longer to burn calories

    but have fun doing either one!
