what is better sitting outside on a lovely day but with your neiboughs screaming or watching a film in side?-im spoilt for choice

Sit outside with your ipod or radio blaring.  That's what I do.  I have neighbors that continuously fight as well and I just blasy my music to drown them out.  I would rather be outside than in on a nice day.

I would sit outside, and apply duct tape over a neighbors mouth, and relax.
