What is better than limewire?

for some reason my limewire doesn't really work anymore and i need to download so what is as good or better?

P2P is abbreviation of  Peer 2 Peer, which is the type of software LimeWire is.

The alternatives would be eMule or BitTorrent.  eMule would be more similar to LimeWire but quite a lot slower.  BitTorrent will allow you to get many things but some will only be found in LimeWire (especially rare songs).

Try Ares... for me this is the best.... otherwise use bittorrent software...

P2P is peer to peer (sending and receiving files to other people)    

I suggest Frostwire and Azureus. Azureus is a little more complicated but Frostwire is basically the same as Limewire, but more safe. The new version of Frostwire is 4.17.0

If you're still looking for P2P applications, maybe FrostWire alternates the limewire program.  But I always use direct download sites like Megaupload, Rapidshare, Mediafire, etc.  These direct downloads doesn't come with virus.
