What is better the IPhone or Blackberry?

my sister is thinking of getting an IPhone. Anyone out there have one? Do you like it? Are there any problems with it?

I tried one in the store and it seemed like the keyboard is kid of a pain, like I pressed one letter but the letter next to it came up. Does this happen a lot?

Is it good for email and internet?

Also if anyone knows about both blackberrys and IPhones and can give pros and cons of each that would be great.

Thanks!

  1. The iphone is not as established as a business device, but other than that they're fairly separate. The blackberry is mainly a business device and wouldnt help you much if you werent using a server forwarding service for your email. That being said, the iphone only works easily with the main internet email services, and can also work with a mail server. The keyboard is annoying at first but the more you use it the easier it gets to use. Assuming you are in a major city, the iphone kicks the blackberry's butt in internet and data, using the new 3g network ATT has started installing. And clearly the iphone is a much better music and video player. But there are some catches. The iphone does not have a native Multimedia Messaging system, meaning that you cannot send a picture or video message to people. Which brings me to the video recording, or lack thereof. It doesn't exist, and that has been one of the major gripes. Also, the iphone costs a lot more for a 2 year plan, which will not include texting. But if the new iphone software update does come out soon with a flash player for safari, the iphone's internet browser, then you may have to reonsider your options. Keep your eyes on it, things tend to change very quickly.
