Once I used blue tooth paste to whiten my teeth and they left a small tint of blue on my teeth. I recommend white

Unless you brush your teeth for thirty minuets strait, the fact that it's a "whitening" tooth paste, blue or white, isn't going to whiten your teeth too greatly. See, the hydrogen peroxide in bleaching strips or the kind you use to get your teeth from the dentist both contain a concentrated amount of either carbomide or hydrogen peroxide. These solutions stay on your teeth for thirty minuets, twice a day, for two weeks. Yes, that will make your teeth white. Use a toothpaste that contains a small amount of either of these for two minuets and you aren't going to get any real results. All it will do is help remove superficial staining from foods that the abrasiveness in ANY toothpaste can remove. The whole "whiting" toothpaste gimmick is simply a smart way to get people to buy your tooth paste. Truth be told, no matter what color tooth paste you'll use, whitening or not, you aren't going to see shades of difference without actually doing some sort of bleaching to your teeth.
