What is better to visit the Seattle Zoo or Aquarium ? ?

Pretty soon we are going to seattle for a little bit and i was wondering what would be better the Seattle Zoo or aquarium ? By better i mean photography wise because that's the main reason i'm going . Thank you :)

the woodland park zoo is really nice, pictures there are pretty much endless...the aquarium is small, but nice...they just finished installing this huge tank in the very front of the entrance to the building...photos there are a little bit more difficult to get perfect, but if you are good at taking pictures, you can get some really awesome shots...they have this circle that the jelly fish swim around and the light changes color...my friend got a really awesome shot of a jelly going through a green light and you could see everything on it...they have really cute otters too....if you are looking for the best of both and you don't mind traveling to tacoma, check out point defiance...they have way more there and it's a zoo aquarium...they even have whales i think...good luck!!!

i've been to the zoo and it was totally awesome.  We didn't have time for the Panda exhibit because the line was way long.  Lots of great animals.

the zoo is top of the line for photography, drawing, painting or just relaxing and enjoying nature. it is very beautiful here

The zoo would be the better choice for photography.  I should warn you though, there aren't any pandas there (only red pandas, which are more like skunk/cat type creatures...very cute).  

Actually, the aquarium is pretty small and right downtown, so if you are going to the Market (for example), it might be worth going down there too.  You could easily peruse the Aquarium in a few hours...whereas the zoo could easily take 4-6 hours if you see everything.  I've taken a few amazing photographs at the aquarium (through the glass) of colorful tropical fish and starfish.  It's a challenge, but worth the reward if they turn out!

In my opinion i'd rather go to the zoo, there's shrubbery around the cages and walking around plus it's not a covered area like the aquarium

Definitely the zoo. Photography through glass a glass aquarium doesn't always come out right with reflections. Also, the zoo is much better in general than the aquarium with the only down-side being if it rains.
