The answer is simple; The Conquerors is better.

It's an expansion and everything is better + more, except the bugged patrol. (Some say it's not bugged, just a lag of 2 seconds that changes the gameplay).

In AoC you can change the HP of units if you are making a map, you have more triggers etc. In game you have more units, anti-idle vils, auto-farm option etc. So that is maybe a - for the skill of an RM player.

At the end, it's all your decision. I hope I helped you.
