on one boring day sitting down i was wondering what is better pokemon or is it yugioh so im asking what is better?

Yu-Gi-Oh is definitely the more fun and popular game to play.  It takes alot of smarts and skill to be a great player.  Now some people will say it has more to do with luck, but luck has nothing to do with you having the knowledge and skill to build a deck that can actually wins duels.  Pokemon is very easy to learn and anybody can jump right in and start playing.  With Yu-Gi-Oh, it takes time to learn the rules and to understand how to truly play the game.  I've been playing Yu-Gi-Oh since it first came out oh so many years ago and I still don't know some of the rules to the fullest extent.  It can be pretty confusing at times.


  2. Yugioh is the better brand because not only is it for all ages but it mostly targets the older kids. And unlike pokmon have a card limit and restrition to cards makes it even funner because duelist get to challange them selves and proving how powerfull there decks are. And also unlike pokemon yugioh has tournament.

  3. Card games are a little out of date nowadays.. I think Yugioh is kind of boring. But there's so many pokemon to catch, and you can teach them different moves. It's fun to battle and catch pokemon.

  5. Well it depends. For the actual card game I have to say yugioh (even more people play it), but for the video game I will have to go with pokemon.

  6. dude, im 15 and i was a kid when both of those came out. yugioh was cool for like the frst cuple of weeks but then it died out. but pokemon was the **** for like 3 whole years. i would stick with the poke.

    yugioh is better for the card game

    pokemon is only good for the video games and mostly little kids play the card game
