  1. A policy written in two seperate languages.

    I hope it doesn't come to that here in the the U.S.


  2. Agree with previous answer, just a policy where the documentation comes in two languages.

    I can see where this would be done in some countries where there is more than one language spoken.

    I can also see it being a marketing thing .... say French & English in Montreal or English and Spanish in California.

    I don't know but I'd hazard a guess that only one version has force in law... but that's a sticky point I wouldn't wish to argue.

    Look at the bottom of this page and you see a Spanish language site for the US, so unlike previous answer I wouldn't be at all surprised to see it happen in certain US states.
