Its a web blog, pretty much a diary but online and anyone can read it.

Just a webspace dedicated to someones thoughts on whatever topic they choose.  It can be many.  Just computers only, or computers and cars.  Mainly the topics cover hobbies or interests to the individual.

Blog is short for weblog. Blogging is basically keeping an online journal, but they're generally used as a substitute for personal homepages and other traditional websites.
