Business administration allows you to learn management principal, behavioral theory, and business operations along with many more.  The classes prepare you for entering into business operations and management.  The degree is wide in its scope and is very popular because there is many things that can be done with it.  

Whether it will be hard for you to learn will be something for you to decide. Some people have a knack for this sort of thing, some don't,   just like the difference between Math and English.  Get a book or two on the subject from the local library and see if it might be something you are interested in.
