OR if you mean Business Language; that is a form of a computer programing language, it depends on the usage.

Examples of legalese are contracts, the fine print on object you buy or text that looks like this:  "The signature party henceforth known as the party of the first part shall agree to this contract with the contracting company, henceforth known as the party of the second party."

Or the famous "Do not fold, spindle or mutilate."

    According to Wikipedia:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_Pr...

"As defined in the abstract of the Web Services Business Process Execution Language OASIS Standard WS-BPEL 2.0, WS-BPEL (or BPEL for short) is a language for specifying business process behavior based on Web Services. Processes in WS-BPEL export and import functionality by using Web Service interfaces exclusively.

Business processes can be described in two ways. Executable business processes model actual behavior of a participant in a business interaction. Abstract business processes are partially specified processes that are not intended to be executed. An Abstract Process may hide some of the required concrete operational details. Abstract Processes serve a descriptive role, with more than one possible use case, including observable behavior and process template. WS-BPEL is meant to be used to model the behavior of both Executable and Abstract Processes.

WS-BPEL provides a language for the specification of Executable and Abstract business processes. By doing so, it extends the Web Services interaction model and enables it to support business transactions. WS-BPEL defines an interoperable integration model that should facilitate the expansion of automated process integration in both the intra-corporate and the business-to-business spaces."

    According to Wikipedia:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_B...

"Universal Business Language (UBL) is a library of standard electronic XML business documents such as purchase orders and invoices. UBL was developed by an OASIS Technical Committee with participation from a variety of industry data standards organizations. UBL is designed to plug directly into existing business, legal, auditing, and records management practices. It is designed to eliminate the re-keying of data in existing fax- and paper-based business correspondence and provide an entry point into electronic commerce for small and medium-sized businesses.

UBL version 2.0 was approved as an OASIS Committee Specification in October 2006 and has been publicly released. UBL is owned by OASIS and is currently available to all, with no royalty fees. The UBL library of business documents is a well-developed markup language with validators, authoring software, parsers and generators.

UBL 2.0 traces its origins back to the EDI standards and other derived XML standards. In total there are 31 documents covering business needs in the phases of presale, ordering, delivery, invoicing and payment."

If you can read the above quotes from Wikipedia and understand them then congratulations you can read fluent business English.

Contract law and business documents would have its own language and terms; to most people a remedy is a cure for a disease but in business it is a specific term for compensation given to an individual who through no fault of their own was involved in a breach of contract.  When dealing with firearms and guns the breech is a part of the weapon where the round is loaded.  Each profession has words and terms that are unique to it.
