  1. It's different from East to West Coast.  there's no 2 cities alike.  Yes we pay more taxes (Especially here in Quebec) but we have a lot more benefits from it. As the CAD and US $ are almost the same right now too, things are not more expensive..well maybe gas.

  2. The of the most fascinating and majestic country in the world . I am a landed immigrant from Europe and I have been here for the last 55 years and travelled all over the world . This is home for me . You can't look at cost but where are you going to be happy and what will make you happy . We have everything form culture to low crime rate and very little hand guns for starter . Of course we pay higher taxes but along we all benefit from it . Its a vast country and peaceful and well respected . I travelled in all the largest cities here and all of hem have their own cultures . Good luck and come visit stay awhile and see for yourself . Good luck and have a great day

  3. It really depends on where youre living

cities like Vancouver and Toronto are going to be verry expensive. But it all depends...And food is going to be more expensive because we dont have as much junk food!

  4. they have colored money!!!!

  5. i'm from connecticut and i've been there to visit my bf who lives in ontario in CFB petawawa .. soon he may be moving to CFB edmonton in alberta. When I was small I visited niagra falls. I found it pretty nice .. i've been up there about 3 times, and also to CFB Shilo, manitoba to (visit his parents for christmas) and also to CFB borden to visit his sister's navy grad.. they have nice shows, majority of nice people, milk in bags, colored money (toonies and loonies), of course, TIM HORTONS, and the canexes. and I just liked it up there. Ct is so boring!

  6. I'm canadian and it all depends where you want to move.  If you like historical cities, you need to move anywhere in the eastern part of the country.  There are verry beautifull monuments and buildings, but work is hard to find there and the atmosphere is quite harder.  But, if you love open spaces and a more relax pace of life, you need to move towards the western part of the country.  Work is much easier to come by, pays more and people are much more neighbourly.
