What is causing these allergy symptoms????

My eyes start watering within 3 minutes of my laying in bed to either watch TV or go to sleep. The symptoms get worse the moment I start waking up in the morning. Then I get a runny nose and start sneezing. Tried everything under the sun to find the cause of the allergy, tried fragrance/dye-free laundry detergents, washed the bed linens frequently in hot water, bought new comforters and linens, new mattress pad, vacuumed more frequently, even changed deodorants! I have a full-motion water bed so it can't be dust mites in the mattress. The bed-frame is old so it's probably not chemicals in the wood. The allergy symptoms started a month ago. I had to move-out of my previous apartment a year ago because of severe allergies I suffered there! I had left all my furniture behind when I moved that time! I've been soooo miserable with this indoor allergy c**p....I only begin to feel better as soon as I go outside. The symptoms go away completely when I'm outside. Then I come in the apartment and I'm still o.k. that is until I lay on my bed at night. Then the watery eyes start.. then things get worse in the morning... till I go outside. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I'm on my 2nd apartment now and I'd hate to have to move again Thanks for any good advice!

  1. You can go see and allergist and get an allergy test done to see exactly causes your allergies.  The allergist can give you advice on how to control your allergies and give you medicine as well.

  2. Do you have carpet in your bedroom? dust mites (that live in carpet) and their poo are two things people are particularly sensitive too that can only be found inside. (and also most common)

Just a wild guess as most people have carpet in their bedroom.

Reddkatz advice is great, you really do need to get an allergy test done which will give you a big long list of what you are and arn't sensitive to. Not only this but ways to remove them from your life and treatments for that can reduce your sensitivity and even prevent reactions to (depending on what it is)
