What is causing this lower back/hip ache any experience??

I have been experiencing a mild cramping pain coming from my right lower back that run's to my right hip it come's and goes, now a couple of day's later im feeling a pressure ache in the same spot but now it's running to all of my lower back.It's not a severe pain but ive never experienced it before. My menstrual cycle is about 2 months to even three so i am irregular can it be do to my period which is already a week late but it's no suprise.Can it possibly be pregnancy i haven't tested but ive had so many negative's in my past i highly doubt it.Any one experienced this kind of pain and what was the cause thanks ♥.

I think it could be just bad posture.

You sound like me,my pain started three years a ago and has woresoned to the point that i now have cronic back pain with the pain running down both legs and it is the burning type pain.

I had every test done under the sun and the only thng they can come up with is that i have Ceilac's disease " an allergy to wheat products" so i try to keep on a glutton free diet but the pain remains the same.

My Nero has percribed pain pills for me to take the edge of the pain but the pain is allways present.

I hope your case is different

bad posture or your period can cause cramps in lower areas
