It is my front right tooth. I got my upper braces and a Herbst appliance just under two months ago, and all of a sudden I was having pain in my top front right tooth today. Never happened before, but when I took a drink of white milk this morning, on contact the tooth hurt like you wouldn't believe. Then, in between breakfast and lunch I drank a grape soda, but that didn't bother it. I had a Pepsi with pizza for lunch, and that aggravated my tooth as well. Then I had white milk again for dinner and it still hurt like you wouldn't believe. I brush my teeth four times a day like I'm supposed to with my braces, and I take very good care of them. (to sum it up- I'm having a problem today with liquids, currently I'm drinking a milkshake with a straw to avoid front tooth.)

  1. It could be many different things causing pain in your tooth. It could be that you are sensitive to cold and hot foods. You might have a weak enamel or have a cavity. The pain may have something to do with your braces. The best thing for you to do is to go a dentist.
