  1. never heard of it and if you never heard of it more than likely it's a scam spam.


  2. There have been a lot of questions on YA about this same thing.  If you subscribe to cable services such as TV or internet, you could contact your service provider to see if that is actually their billing.  Otherwise, you really really need to call your credit card company or bank to get info.
