What is charisma?

I was watching a video.

And a guy say something abt charisma. Another guy asked what is charisma...so i got curious what does it actually mean tht an adult also dont know. (I'm 14)

Charisma is often used to describe a personality trait that often includes the abilities of great leadership, charm, persuasion, inspiration, and/or influence. It particularly refers to a quality in certain people who easily draw the attention and admiration of others due to a 'magnetic' quality of personality and/or appearance. Charismatic people can be good (Ghandi, JFK, Winston Churchill) or bad (Hitler, Stalin, Attila the Hun) depending upon who you support and who you don't!

Hitler, Kennedy, are good examples of charisma..it's the ability to draw people to you and your message. be it right or wrong.
