Jedi, even so you still have to technically buy a house and the ACT has one of the highest costing house markets in Australia. Demographically it also has one of the highest income rates also. This makes it a rather expensive place in reality. The only thing I can think of that is cheap there is probably not appropriate to list here but it has to do with recreational activities and substances.
