chicken and leak dumplings is:

first of all dumpling is like a powder add with water and some other thigns and u put it into the water and cook it, and it sticks together and or u and make it into a ball shape.

Then u would cut the chicken meat into small pieces and mix it with the dumplings, and then add leak.. and leak is a vegetable... and its kinda like a soup... well not really thou

im not 100% sure that my answer is acurrate, but i remeber slightly what i aunt did.. so yeah

It's when you have a hole in your chicken, he leaks.

well that's a little different.

Cook tiny chicken pieces and small slices of (or grated) leek (onion) in dumplings. YUM!!

Serve with steamed veges and some gravy.

I think it is like chicken and dumplings which is with chicken and buiscuits in it and then probably you add some leaks which is a veggie.  here is a recipe if you wanna check it out.
