What is classed as a Racial attack,seems black on white is not.but White on Black is??and why???????????

is it not just a attack on a person in some cases and not just the colour of skin..so why treat one attack differant to any other...

It comes under S3 of the Race Relations Act in the UK, it defines it as:

“racial grounds” means any of the following grounds, namely colour, race, nationality or ethnic or national origins;

“racial group” means a group of persons defined by reference to colour, race, nationality or ethnic or national origins, and references to a person's racial group refer to any racial group into which he falls.

Interestingly Sikh's are covered but Muslims are not, this is why the BNP get away with so much of their stuff

A racist attack is one which is motivated by racial hatred and/or discrimination. Not all attacks on people of one race by those of another race fit that category.

It shouldn't be, any attack on any other person because they are different, whether it is skin colour, ethnic background, physique, sexuality, gender, or any other reason shouldn't be tolerated.  Why some is considered to be an attack and others are not baffles me also.  Hopefully, there will be a time when none of it is tolerated.

You`re correct, when the victims are white and the attackers are Black/Asian then it`s never reported as racist. Even when there`s no other motive. Another case of sucking up to the minorities.

Is doesn't matter what color you are. a racial attack is when some one from Race A is making false statements about Race B. I am a mutt and I have been subject to many attacks it sucks but I have come to the understanding they don't know me out side of my skin color so they are ignorant for even trying to put me in a small box of race.
