What is clay bar and where can you buy it?

A bar of clay you rub on the paint surface to remove stuck on c**p, like bugs and bits of road tar. Look for it in the detailing section where the waxes and polishes are sold.

At any autoparts store or Walmart, Target, whatever at the car detailing area. It is a detailing material used to remove all the tiny bumps and grimes from the exterior paint of your car. Use this, then wax and your car will be showroom quality

With a clay bar, you spray down a small section of a car/truck and rub the clay over it.  The clay removes any impurities from the paint surface such as paint overspray, chemicals, water spots, etc.  You can get the clay bar at WalMart, auto parts stores, etc.
