Ratio between volume of cylinder and combustion chamber..Just you cant improve it..Maintaining as it is will do..

I have no idea of what the compression ratio is. You can improve the compression ratio by milling (removing metal) from the cylinder head. A job for an automotive machinist.

in petrol engine the cr is in a range of 7-10 butin diesel it is of range 16-25 it can be increased by using high quality fuel like white petrol or jet fuel etc

Combustion ratio is ratio between the combined volume of a cylinder and  combustion chamber when the piston is at the bottom of its stroke, and the volume when the piston is at the top of its stroke.

Compression ratio also governs the performance IC engine. The performance figures like BHP of the engine also increases with higher ratios.
