What is conditioning for volleyball like?

Yeah... So what type of things do you do when conditioning for volleyball? I would't know since I've never been on the team.

  1. practicing skills and game like situations./


  2. running... a lot of it, too... and lots of jumping. wall jumps, wall sits, shuffling across the gym, sprinting, weight lifting.

  3. Well, for my team, our coach makes us run.. a lot. We run sprints, presidentials, miles, and bleachers. We also do a lot of jumping since volleyball is almost all jumping and we get in a low position to pass the ball and shuffle left to right. We do wall sits, duck walks, and calf raises.
