  1. icing sugar (in Canada)

it can also be "super fine" sugar in some cases, but its more likely icing sugar which has a little corn startch mixed into it

  2. Confectioner sugar = powdered sugar.

Powdered sugar is a soft, very white, and fluffier version of granulated sugar.

  3. you can put it into your coffee... it's powdered sugar... in basic terms it's sugar that has been ground until it's a fine powder!!! Mostly used in baked goods for frostings and such!!!

  4. powdered sugar

  5. Powdered sugar.  It's much finer then granulated.  Hmm-never heard of it going in to coffee, but I don't think it'd ruin it.  The type of sugar that you usually put in to coffee is Granulated, which is coarser.

  6. Powdered sugar is also called confectioners sugar. It is a sugar and cornstarch combination that is powdered. I have made it in my Osterizer on the puree setting. If you put it in coffee the cornstarch will give it a milky look and a weird taste. You should maybe stick to refined or raw sugar.

  7. You'll find it in your local grocery store as "powdered sugar".
