  1. if you fall below the full-time requirements, you are still entitled to stay on the group plan under COBRA for a period of 36 months.  However, you have to pay the premium in full.

    That being said, it is probably a bargain since your disability may prevent you from obtaining individual insurance thru a private company (these plans usually do not have Rx coverage either)
