What is considered tall for a woman?

I mean i know 5'4 is average, less than that is short, but is 5'5 tall? 5'6? or do you have to be 5'7 or above to be considered tall? for 5'9 or above

5'9 and above is considered tall for a woman to me 5'5"-5'8" is middle average height
