So I'm 17 and I am currently on probation. A while back I got caught drinking and the rest is history. I only have a month and a few days to go til I'm off.

So today is Monday the 25th, and Friday (the 22nd) I was pulled over by an exile's cop. I got a smoking ticket. Yes, I know, it's not good for me, so spare me the lectures please because that's not the point.

In my letter when I first was put on probation, it said that I had 10 days of juvi suspended for good behavior. In other words, I don't have to go unless I s***w up before my probation is over. Will I have to go to juvi? The exile's cop said that it was not a criminal offense. It was like getting a seat belt ticket.

My other question is if I don't go to juvi, will my probation be extended? I realize that laws are different everywhere, but I am just wanting to know what people think.

  1. its the electric chair for you...

  2. I would think that considering your term is almost over, they may slap you on the wrist. If they don't, you may spend a few days behind bars. I honestly don't think they'd throw you in there for that but different states have different policies- they're likely to just fine you if they're overcrowded.

Good luck, and no lecture just try to learn from your mistake.l
