What is considered to be bad access to public transport?

Is it a 10 min walk to a bus stop, train station etc, a 15 min walk, the fact that you have to walk any where? when does it become bad?

any help or links would be useful

  1. That is entirely subjective.  It depends on how far you're willing or able to walk.  For a really old person, even a 2-minutes walk may be impossible.  For a young person, 15 minutes may be well worth it.
