  1. Constant speed means the speed never changes lets take the speed of light for instance that is 186,000 miles/second. While the average speed might be something more like if you are driving in a car and you cover 60 miles in 1 hour. That would mean your average speed was 60mph, we need to say average in the case because at some point in the journey you may have been going more like 55 or maybe up to 65 mph.

  3. Constant speed means that speed is not increasing or decreasing but remain consistent over time. It means that velocity is zero and thus, acceleration is also zero.

    Average speed means that the distance traveled in a given amount of time, varied, from one point to another. Speed increased and/or decreased at times. This also means that, because speed changed over time, there was also a change in velocity and acceleration.

    If speed is constant, there is no velocity or acceleration involved.

    If speed is changing, then there will be some average speed. And, there will be points of changing velocity and acceleration.
