  1. Well, your third continuous question on the subject.

In brief, consumer awareness is basically consumers becoming aware of their rights and obligations in respect of the products they buy for a price.

In General, this awareness could be related to:

Quality of products - as per or conforming to legal standards set for the product such as ISI, FPO, AGMARK...

Price of the product - MRP and actual price which could be far less than MRP

Dates of Manufacture, packing, import or expiry.

    Manufacturer's address and contact info.

Details of contents of the products, operational menu, quality warranty/guarantee, recourse available in case of problems, service conditions, handling/operational do and don'ts, FAQs, trouble shooting, maintenance procedure etc. as may be the case from product to product.

  2. in the most simple terms, making consumers aware of something...like a particular brand or event

  3. it means to be aware of your consumer rights  say for eg., if you buy any product always check if it has an ISI, BIS AGMARK,FPO, mark. if it does not have consider it to be of a lower quality, and go for a branded one.
