What is contained within hand soap and what would happen if one was to swallow a bit of it? Would it poison you, make you fat, give you diarrhea, etc?

It won't poison you, but it will most likely not do anything.

How much is "a bit?" I would say 2 ml and you probably won't notice anything, 3-5 mls would cause stomach upset and more than that will cause diarhhea.
