Both are correct grammatically, and the meanings of both are identical.   It's just a matter of choice, which one to use, but I prefer the first one which is more formal when writing for a general public newspaper. However, if you're addressing a less formal audience, such as in a bulletin or newsletter, the second one would be fine also.    

  5. The second one is technically correct when possessive nouns are used. One would not say or write :

    America/Britain youths..., London traffic is...John room is....involving names/proper nouns,  which sound incomplete and awkward  without  the use of  's.

  6. Both are grammatically correct. You can choose either..
