Some may misunderstand this Q but this is for the better of genuine students staying or coming to UK.

  1. Contact the home office and give the name, Dates and times of the offence and where they work BUT you may have to make a legal statement. I do know that students on a student visa can work full time during college/university holidays like summer holidays and christmas and half term and universities do start their holidays early so you want to make sure that what you are stating to the Home office is correct.

Is it really worth the trouble, mate? Students from different countries are expected to work only 20 hours per week and that is not a lot of money especially as the cost of living is so high and the rent for homes are so high. Yes I know there is no excuse, they were told of the condistions of their visa to enter the country and the LAW is the LAW!! But YOU WILL have to make a formal legal statement is it worth all the trouble!! you probably got very good reasons for all this and I hope that it does not prove to be too much trouble for you. take care.
