Solar (up above) is right. Sometimes arrest warrants are also referred to as "bench warrants." They're the same thing.

A warrant is a document signed by a judge authorizing something.

Search warrants and Arrest warrants are the only kinds I have ever heard of.  I suspect the term criminal warrant is being used to refer to an arrest warrant.
