What is current Rent rate in Al-Qusais /Al Nahda Area of Dubai or Sharjah?

I wish to come to UAE next month with family and try to find a 1BHK or Studio apartment in Al-Qusais (or) Al Nahda Area of Dubai (Or) nearby surrounding in Sharjah (Near Sahara city centre). Can anyone guide me?

  2. as the rates in UAE are going skyhigh everyday but you can very well get 1BKH in 12K-15K UAE DHS/- per annum and studio flat in almost 9K-10K UAE DHS/- per annum in Al-Qusais (or) Al Nahda Area of Dubai (Or) nearby surrounding in Sharjah
